Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 habanero pepper, roast
  • 1 clove garlic, roast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 fish
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 4 yellow lemons, cut into slices
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into strips
  • 4 serrano peppers
  • 4 tablespoons fresh coriander, cool
  • 1/4 cups epazote, cut into strips
  • 1 cup green bean
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 pinches salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Add the tomato, yellow lemon juice, habanero pepper, garlic and salt to the blender. Blends perfectly well.
Spread an aluminum foil with wax paper on top add the fish and varnish with the olive oil, add the salt, the sauce, the slices of lemon, the onion, the chile, the coriander and the epazote. Close and bake around 20 minutes.
In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the green beans for 5 minutes until they are cooked. Drain and reserve.
Serve the fish with green beans seasoned with olive oil and salt.
