Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Add the tomato, yellow lemon juice, habanero pepper, garlic and salt to the blender. Blend perfectly well.
Spread an aluminum foil with waxed paper on top, add the fish and varnish with the olive oil, add the salt, the sauce, the lemon slices, the onion, the chili, the coriander and the epazote. Close and bake for about 20 minutes.
In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the green beans for 5 minutes until they are cooked. Drain and reserve.
Serve the fish with the green beans seasoned with olive oil and salt.
