Delicious and nutritious fish in raw green sauce accompanied by purple onions and yellow lemon with epazote and cilantro. Accompanied by soft armories. Ideal for a light and delicious meal.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of tomato
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 piece of habanero pepper roast
  • 1 clove of garlic roast
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 4 pieces of fish
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 4 pinches of Salt
  • 4 pieces of yellow lemon cut into slices
  • 1/2 piece of red onion cut into strips
  • 4 pieces of serrano pepper
  • 4 spoonfuls of coriander cool
  • 1/4 of Cup of epazote cut into strips
  • 1 Cup of green bean
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 4 pinches of Salt

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Add the tomato, yellow lemon juice, habanero pepper, garlic and salt to the blender. Blends perfectly well.
    Spread an aluminum foil with wax paper on top add the fish and varnish with the olive oil, add the salt, the sauce, the slices of lemon, the onion, the chile, the coriander and the epazote. Close and bake around 20 minutes.
    In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the green beans for 5 minutes until they are cooked. Drain and reserve.
    Serve the fish with green beans seasoned with olive oil and salt.

    PRESENTATION
