Ingredients

4 servings
  • parchment papers or aluminum foil, to wrap the fish
  • enough of oil to varnish the paper
  • 4 pieces of white fish fillet like Róbalo
  • 12 slices of tomato half a centimeter thick
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of dry pepper peperoncino
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of Butter cut in 4
  • to taste of Orange zest (half orange)
  • 1 branch of fresh thyme
  • 8 pieces of black olives slices

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 centigrade.
    Varnish the sheets of baking paper with olive oil.
    Sprinkle fish fillets with salt and pepper
    Put each fillet on 3 slices of tomato on the wax paper. Add to each steak: 2 sliced ​​olives, 1/8 teaspoon of dried chili, 1/4 of the orange zest, 1/4 teaspoon of butter and a sprig of thyme.
    Fold the packets carefully so that they are well sealed.
    Cook on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

    TIPS

    Serve the fish wrapped in their paper so that each person opens them. They can also be made in aluminum foil.

    Menciona el tiempo que se debe poner al horno pero no veo que indique la temperatura. Alguien sabe cual será la adecuada?
