Fish Wallpaper with Tomatoes and Olives

Fish cooked in wax paper with tomatoes, thyme and olives. Prepare it, you will not regret it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • enough oil, or aluminum foil, to wrap the fish
  • 4 white fish steaks, as Snook
  • 12 slices tomato, half a centimeter thick
  • 1/2 teaspoons chili dried, half a centimeter thick
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, cut in 4
  • to taste Orange zest, cut in 4
  • 1 branch fresh thyme
  • 8 black olives, slices

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 centigrade.
Varnish the sheets of parchment paper with olive oil.
Sprinkle the fish fillets with salt and pepper
Put each fillet on 3 tomato slices on the wax paper. Add to each fillet: 2 sliced olives, 1/8 teaspoon of dried chili, 1/4 of the orange zest, 1/4 tablespoon of butter and a sprig of thyme.
Fold the packets carefully so that they are well sealed.
Cook on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

TIPS

Serve the fish wrapped in their paper for each person to open. They can also be made in aluminum foil.

Menciona el tiempo que se debe poner al horno pero no veo que indique la temperatura. Alguien sabe cual será la adecuada?
