Fish wallpaper is a fat-free preparation and very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Fish fillets, (of your choice grouper, sole, etc.)
  • 6 lemons, (your juice)
  • 1 Bell pepper, of each color sliced ​​not too thin
  • onions, sliced
  • fresh coriander, clean twigs
  • salt, garlic powder and ground pepper to taste
  • aluminum foil

Preparation

Clean or check well that your fillets are clean. Put them in a bowl and add salt, garlic and pepper. Bake them with the lemon juice and leave them there while you wash the other ingredients.
Clean and slice the sliced ​​peppers as well as the onion, wash and separate coriander sprigs.
Cut the steaks in half to make sandwiches with them.
On one half of fillet put slices of peppers, onion and cilantro on the other half of the fillet as if it were a sandwich.
Wrap them in aluminum foil.
Put them to cook in a nonstick pan on medium heat at low 10 minutes. On each side and then 5 minutes each (30 minutes in total cooking).
Unwrap and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany it with cooked broccoli.

TIPS

With the remaining pepper you can prepare a white rice and mix them to color your dish.
