Delicious waxed fish, ideal for lent. With a layer of Parmesan cheese to brown; it will only take 5 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes more in the oven but you will see that it will be worth it.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 Fish fillets, halibut or hake
  • parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Arrange the 2 fillets on a mat (or on plastic wrap).
Top with abundant grated Parmesan cheese (or gruyere type) roll with the help of the mat.
Cook in a covered pan (or in an oven) for 20 minutes at medium temperature.

PRESENTATION

Serve a roll of fillet with broccoli puree, garnish with chopped parsley.

TIPS

Serve with vegetable puree or steamed potatoes with olive oil.
