The garlic mojo is a very typical preparation of all Mexico, especially in the typical restaurants on the coasts, this recipe consists of frying fish in oil with garlic and you can add a little coriander to even more flavor your preparation.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 pieces of bass in fillet or cut into slices
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice to marinate
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 Cup of olive oil for the garlic mojo
  • 10 cloves of garlic cut in sheets
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • to taste of green lemon
  • to taste of Salad to serve
  • to taste of White rice to serve

    Preparation

    To marinate the fish: In a marine bowl, snook with lemon juice and salt for 10 minutes, rest in refrigeration and reserve.
    For the garlic mojo: In a bowl add the olive oil, garlic and cilantro.
    Heat a pan over medium heat and add the garlic mojo preparation, cook until the garlic is fried, remove the fried garlic so it does not burn. Fry the fish right there for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and serve with the fried garlic, the salad, the white rice and lemon.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with garlic slices, salad and white rice.

    TIPS

    Remember that to buy fish you have to pay attention to it being retractable, have bright eyes in case of being whole and have a sea smell, that will indicate that it is very fresh.

    Queda super deli. El toque de limón le diimuye el sabor fuerte del ajo. Yo cocine el pescado con lo q lo marine y super bien!!!
