Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tilapia type fish
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 2 pasilla chili peppers
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Season the fillets with a little salt, pepper and reserve.
Chop the garlic and place with the oil in a saucepan.
Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Uncover the chiles pasilla and remove the seeds, cut into thin rings and integrate with the garlic.
Cook for 2 more minutes and add the steaks.
Cover the bowl and cook for about 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
Turn the steaks and leave for 2 more minutes over medium heat.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with herbs or with the same garlic.

TIPS

It is recommended to add vegetables to taste, it is also recommended to take it with a sparkling white wine.
