Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of Arab bread Libanius®
  • 1 Cup of Romaine lettuce in strips
  • 1 Cup of Hummus Libanius® of pepper and basil
  • 4 pieces of red snapper filet
  • to taste of coriander dehydrated
  • to taste of pepperoncino Italian crushed red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of chard
  • 1/2 piece of yellow bell pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of red onion finely chopped

    Preparation

    Salpimenta the fish fillets, previously washed.
    Chop the pepper and onion
    Toast the Arab bread and the cilantro fillets, peperoccino to the taste to give it flavor.
    Once the Arab bread is toasted, fry the onion and pepper in the olive oil, add the fish fillets.
    Spread the toast of hummus, add the shredded fish, finally the lettuce and to taste a little lemon juice.

    TIPS

    Ask for the thin fish fillet so that it will easily dezume.
