Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Arab bread Libanius®
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, in strips
  • 1 cup Hummus Libanius®, of pepper and basil
  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • to taste fresh coriander, dehydrated
  • to taste pepperoncino Italian crushed red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chard
  • 1/2 yellow bell peppers
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

Preparation

Salpimenta the fish fillets, previously washed.
Chop the pepper and onion
Toast the Arab bread and the cilantro fillets, peperoccino to the taste to give it flavor.
Once the Arab bread is toasted, fry the onion and pepper in the olive oil, add the fish fillets.
Spread the toast of hummus, add the shredded fish, finally the lettuce and to taste a little lemon juice.

TIPS

Ask for the thin fish fillet so that it will easily dezume.
