Preparation
We put on a baking sheet a bed of potatoes cut into quarters.
On top of the potatoes, add the finely chopped onion, broccoli and green beans.
Season and sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees(356F).
Place the fish fillets over the vegetables.
Sprinkle with a little extra virgin olive oil and a little fine wine. Chop the dehydrated tomatoes and place on top of the fillets.
We bake at 170 degrees (about 380F) for 20 more minutes, until we see the tender fish.
To serve.
