Ingredients

4 portions
  • 7 surimi
  • 200 grams fresh salmon
  • 6 egg whites
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh thyme, to taste

Preparation

Grease a cupcake mold with olive oil.
Remove the plastic film to the surimi, unroll them and line the molds of cupcakes with them.
