Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 white fish fillets as white of the nile
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of Butter cut in 4
  • 1 branch of fresh thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 400 grams of spinach
  • 300 grams of mushroom
  • olive oils
  • balsamic vinegars

    Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 centigrade.
Varnish the aluminum with olive oil.
Sprinkle fish fillets with salt and pepper
Put each steak on the paper. Add spinach and mushrooms to each steak, add olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Fold the packets carefully so that they are well sealed.
Cook on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

    TIPS

For this recipe I recommend using a small oven because the fish is made wonderfully and does not dry out. They fit several fillets without problem accommodated in a tray.

Y la mantequilla? A que hora o que? Viene en ingredientes y no en la preparación
