A different and healthy way to eat fish with ingredients that you can find in your home. Dare to try it, it is very healthy and it can be to vary what you always eat.


8 portions
  • 1 kilo fish fillet, to your taste
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • fine herbs, to your liking (basil, rosemary, oregano, parsley)
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste


Preheat your oven. Grease a baking sheet or cover it with aluminum foil.
Season your fish fillets to your liking.
Mix the parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with the fine herbs of your choice, pepper, salt.
Arrange the fish fillets, without overcoating, on the greased tray. Bake about 15 centimeters away from the oven roaster for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn the steaks and bake for a couple more minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and cover the surface with the parmesan cheese sauce. Place under the oven broiler for 2 more minutes or until the parmesan cover has browned and the fish can easily crumble with a fork. Be careful not to cook the fish longer than necessary.


Serve immediately and enjoy.


At the time of salt and pepper, use little salt since the sauce you prepare will also have salt. Be very aware of the steaks because they cook fast and you will not want to overcook.
