Macum fish is a very rich recipe, easy to prepare and economical. Perfect for when you crave a delicious baked fish. The taste of achiote with spices and vegetables gives this dish an exquisite flavor.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 15 grams achiote
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 2 black pepper
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 35 milliliters vinegar
  • 75 milliliters oil
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 leave banana
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 steaks, of fish
  • 1 tomtato

Preparation

In a molcajete grind garlic, onion, oregano, achiote, cloves, cumin, pepper and add a little vinegar, oil, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
