Ingredients

  • 6 dogfish, clean fillet of 180 gc / u
  • 6 cambray onions, without stems and washed
  • 1/4 pineapples, shelled and discouraged
  • 1/4 fresh coriander, washed, disinfected and without stem. Perfectly dry
  • 1 avocado, mature
  • 1 cup vegetal oil
  • 1/4 achiote, (100 g bar)
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, casting
  • 3 whole black peppers
  • 12 corn tortillas

Preparation

Blend achiote paste with orange juice and black pepper. Spread the fish with the mixture and place it inside the bag. Empty the Knorr® seasoning My Garlic and Onion Oven Recipes and integrate it very well so that all the fish is seasoned. Make a cut on the tip of the onions and put them in the bag.
Close the bag with the headband and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
Grind the avocado in a blender. In the hot oil, fry the coriander leaves until crispy, drain and reserve on absorbent paper.
Remove the fish from the oven, cut the bag and serve with a spoonful of avocado puree and garnish with a piece of pineapple, cilantro and onions. Accompany with hot corn tortillas.

PRESENTATION

Serve each steak on a plate and accompany them with a spicy sauce.

TIPS

You can substitute the dogfish fillets for the fish fillets of your preference. To fry cilantro it is recommended to use a lid as it causes the oil to jump. It is advisable to fry the coriander a day before to let it drain well.
