Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
Varnish the aluminum with olive oil.
Sprinkle the trout fillets with salt and pepper.
In each aluminum foil add onion and habanero pepper. Put each fillet on the onion and chili. Add a little epazote, lemon slices, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to each steak.
Fold the packets carefully so that they are well sealed.
Cook on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
