Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 tablespoons spicy sauce, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sauce, costeña, for salsa
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, low fat, for sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper, for the sauce
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups white wine, for the sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 raja cinnamon, for the sauce
  • 1/2 sticks butter, for the sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 red snapper, of 2 kilos
  • 1/2 onions, sliced

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and reserve. Wash the fish perfectly and dry with a blanket or absorbent towels.
Spread the fish on both sides with the sauce, place a bed of onion inside the grid, the fish, on top of another layer of onion and cook directly on the grill. Turn the grid every 3 minutes so that the fish does not dry out.

PRESENTATION

If you wish, decorate with fresh rosemary, salad, place the onion, lemon juice, chili, soy sauce, oil, salt, pepper, cucumber and mix perfectly in a bowl.

TIPS

Serve with salad, fish and accompany with corn or flour tortillas, lemons and salsa.
