Very nutritious, it is delicious recipe for zarandeado fish, that you can find on the beaches or you can prepare yourself with this recipe.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of spicy sauce for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of sauce costeña, for salsa
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise low fat, for sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper for the sauce
  • 2 pieces of tomato sliced, for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine for the sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic for the sauce
  • 1 raja of cinnamon for the sauce
  • 1/2 stick of Butter for the sauce
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 piece of red snapper of 2 kilos
  • 1/2 piece of onion sliced

    Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and reserve. Wash the fish perfectly and dry with a blanket or absorbent towels.
    Spread the fish on both sides with the sauce, place a bed of onion inside the grid, the fish, on top of another layer of onion and cook directly on the grill. Turn the grid every 3 minutes so that the fish does not dry out.

    PRESENTATION

    If you wish, decorate with fresh rosemary, salad, place the onion, lemon juice, chili, soy sauce, oil, salt, pepper, cucumber and mix perfectly in a bowl.

    TIPS

    Serve with salad, fish and accompany with corn or flour tortillas, lemons and salsa.
