Cod fillets with mustard

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 leeks
  • 800 grams cod, in fresh fillets
  • 1 cup lemon juice, without seeds
  • 150 milliliters cream, cool
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, ancient
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • Water, sufficient quantity

Preparation

Wash and dry the pore. Chop finely. Put it in a pan over the heat with 4 tablespoons of water, cook for 3 minutes.
Place the fillets in a large skillet with the lemon juice. Cover with aluminum foil and cook over high heat for 6 minutes and remove from the stove.
In a small saucepan mix the cream with the mustard and heat to medium flame for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
Place the fillets in each dish, serve with the cooked pore and dip the fish with the moztaza sauce, season to taste.

TIPS

Serve everything very hot.
