Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 pieces of white fish fillet of the nile
  • 6 spoonfuls of cornmeal
  • 1 piece of onion chopped
  • 1 piece of tomato medium peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh cream Light
  • 1 teaspoonful of light margarine
  • 2 cubes of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • cooking spray oils to brown the fish

    Preparation

    Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, pass them through the cornmeal.
    Put oil spray on the pan, arrange the fish fillets until brown on both sides.
    Sauce: In a pot, place the margarine and brown the onion, garlic and tomato.
    Add the broth tablets, curry, parsley and cream.
    Mix well, let cook a few minutes.
    Serve the fish fillets bathed in hot sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    Sprinkle black sesame seeds or poppy seeds.

    TIPS

    It can be accompanied with mashed potatoes or white rice. If you prefer you can serve with steamed vegetables to reduce the consumption of carbohydrates corresponding to mashed potatoes or rice.

    Lo preparé en casa con mi esposo, quedó espectacular pero solo le agregamos un cubo de caldo de pollo porque después iba a ser mucho condimento y lo del cilantro eso fue al gusto. Súper recomendado es fácil y rápido
