Preparation
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, pass them through the cornmeal.
Put oil spray on the pan, arrange the fish fillets until brown on both sides.
Sauce: In a pot, place the margarine and brown the onion, garlic and tomato.
Add the broth tablets, curry, parsley and cream.
Mix well, let cook a few minutes.
Serve the fish fillets bathed in hot sauce.
