Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 tilapia fish, clean
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 cloves garlic

Preparation

Crush the garlic with a little oil, add salt and pepper.
Spread the mojarra with this garlic mixture. Let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
Flour the mojarra and fry it in a pan with hot oil. Approximately 4 minutes per side. Drain the mojarra on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rice and salad.
