Ingredients

3 portions
  • 250 grams dogfish
  • 12 corn tortillas, thin
  • 1/2 teaspoons epazote, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • lard
  • salt

Preparation

Remove the salt from the fish, wash it well and cook it in salted water.
Then crumble it, and fry it with lard, the chopped onion and the epazote. Cook over low heat and stir continuously until dry, but without browning.
Heat tortillas, and serve hot.
