Preparation
Spread salt, pepper and lemon on the fish.
In a refractory, empty half of the oil.
Place the fillets spread and on them put the slices of onion and tomato.
Add the remaining oil and put in a hot oven (200 ºC).
After a while, bathe the steaks with the orange juice and finally the olives.
