Delicious fish tacos breaded with cabbage and a spicy cream sauce. It is a very good recipe to complement this Lent.

Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, 1 pinch of salt and the baking soda. Add the water little by little and mix until it forms a liquid mass.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat for 5 minutes.
Pass the fish through the dough and bring to a boil in the oil until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes.
Remove the fish from the oil and dry with paper towels to remove excess fat.
In a deep bowl, make the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, tabasco, lemon juice, and cilantro.
Heat the tortillas in a comal or a micro and make the tacos.
For each taco add a bunch of chopped cabbage, 3-4 pieces of fish, and 2 tablespoons of the special sauce.
