Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Fish fillets, no spikes
  • 1 can chipotle chili, girl
  • Water
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Blend the water and the chipotle with the salt and pepper.
Then in an empty skillet, blend it over medium heat.
Then you put the four steaks for 30 min.
And ready you can accompany it with rice or steamed vegetables.

TIPS

Try not to dry the chipotle.
