Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grams goat cheese
  • 250 grams manchego cheese
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 4 Fish fillets, of 150 grams each, approximately
  • 10 grams cornstarch
  • 10 grams butter
  • 1/2 liters fish soup, or water with salt
  • vegetables, mixed steamed to accompany
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 30 milliliters milk

Preparation

Sauté the fish fillets and brown until baking on both sides.
The three cheeses are liquefied with a little milk, in a saucepan the butter is melted and the flour is added, when it is golden it is added the fish stock or the water, since it started to boil, our cheese is added and they mix very well. It is seasoned to taste and it is left hot, it should not boil, because it makes cream.
It is served on freshly cooked fish and accompanied by steamed vegetables.

TIPS

Do not let the cheese preparation boil. You can also use a mixture of variety of cheeses that already sell grated.
