This fish wallpaper is a simple option to prepare a delicious, easy and nutritious meal. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup red onion, filleted
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • to taste salt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 bunch coriander, for the sauce
  • 2 serrano peppers, for the sauce
  • 1 avocado, for the sauce
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, low-fat, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, for the sauce
  • pinches salt, for the sauce
  • to taste black pepper, for the sauce
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • enough banana leaf
  • 4 white fish steaks
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • leaves coriander, to decorate

Preparation

Mix the red onion, oregano, salt, lemon juice and reserve.
Blend the cilantro, chili, avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Reservation.
On a banana leaf, place the fish, season with salt and pepper and place a few cubes of butter, wrap it. Cook in a skillet over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Withdraw.
Serve the fish on the same banana leaf accompanied by the coriander sauce and pickled onions, decorate with coriander leaf.
