  • enough banana leaves
  • 4 white fish fillets
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Mix the purple onion, oregano, salt, lemon juice and reserve.
Blend cilantro, chili, avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Reservation.

Muy rico! Lo hice con corvina y quedó buenísimo. Yo no soy de cocinar mucho pero esta receta fue muy fácil seguirla y el resultado excelente! No olvidar suavizar las hojas de plátano en un comal.

Falto comentar que la hoja de plátano se suaviza a fuego en un comal. Queda mucho mejor cocinandolos al vapor
