Fish Paper with Vegetables

This fish papered with vegetables has everything you can ask for in a dish since it has the protein, lots of vegetables and an exquisite flavor to accompany it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • oils, to varnish the paper
  • 4 white fish fillets, like Róbalo
  • 3 tomatoes, seedless cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, cut in 4
  • 1 branch fresh thyme
  • 8 black olives, slices
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into slices
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 centigrade.
Varnish the sheets of baking paper with olive oil.
Sprinkle fish fillets with salt and pepper
Put each steak on the paper. Add to each steak: sliced ​​olives, 1/4 tablespoon of butter, a little of each pepper, a little tomato, a little purple onion and a sprig of thyme.
Fold the packets carefully so that they are well sealed.
Cook on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

TIPS

Serve the fish wrapped in their paper so that each person opens them. They can also be made in aluminum foil.
