Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 centigrade.
Varnish the sheets of baking paper with olive oil.
Sprinkle fish fillets with salt and pepper
Put each steak on the paper. Add to each steak: sliced olives, 1/4 tablespoon of butter, a little of each pepper, a little tomato, a little purple onion and a sprig of thyme.
Fold the packets carefully so that they are well sealed.
Cook on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
