Fish fillet steamed in aluminum foil with oregano, a simple recipe, fresh and low in calories. This way of preparing the fish will save you time and you will eat deliciously; Accompany it with steamed vegetables and white rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of white fish fillet no spikes
  • 4 leaves of aluminum foil size depending on the steak
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 20 grams of oregano

    Preparation

    File the heavy one in half as a "sandwich".
    Place the fish fillet on a sheet of aluminum foil, open the fillet and reserve.
    Cut the onion into slices, finely chop the two cloves of garlic.
    In the inside of the fillet spread a tablespoon of butter, add a portion of garlic, a portion of onion, salpimenta.
    Close the filet and repeat adding a portion of garlic, one of onion and salt and pepper. Add a handful of oregano on the steak. Wrap the fillet with aluminum foil so that it is tightly closed.
    Place over medium / slow heat for 35 min on one side, 35 min on the other side. Remove from heat and serve.

    TIPS

    As a typical time, while the steak is already on the fire you can prepare the rest of the fish and place in another pan, and with a stopwatch measure the time of each one.
