Preparation
Chop onion, cilantro, celery and garlic.
Heat a pot with the olive oil and add the chopped previously. Let it brown and place a pot with 1L of water and salt to taste, when removing the fry previously.
Mix the "seasoning", that is what we have just fried in a bowl, with the soybeans and use it as a stuffing and a fish bath. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Chop the potatoes in the form of thin and large leaves. Cook them in the pot with water over medium heat and add the fish after 10 minutes.
Cut the banana into julienne and cover the fish with the banana peel.
Add the peas and let them dry (checking that the fish is already cooked).
