Preparation
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat half of the olive oil in a pan and brown the garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Add the steaks and cook about 4 minutes on each side.
Remove the steaks and keep them warm on a plate.
Add to the pan the remaining oil, the dehydrated tomato and pumpkins and cook until well cooked and tender.
Serve each steak with 1-2 tablespoons of the zucchini, tomato and decorate with the fresh basil.
Season with a little more salt and pepper.
