Preparation
Heat the oil until it is suitable for frying.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the salt. In another bowl, mix the egg with the milk, ¼ teaspoon of salt and a little pepper.
Place each fish fillet in the egg shake, then place it in the pan with the breadcrumbs and dress well. Press for the bread crumbs to adhere.
Fry each fish fillet for 2 or 3 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides.
