Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 1 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • oils, the necessary
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Heat the oil until it is suitable for frying.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the salt. In another bowl, mix the egg with the milk, ¼ teaspoon of salt and a little pepper.
Place each fish fillet in the egg shake, then place it in the pan with the breadcrumbs and dress well. Press for the bread crumbs to adhere.
Fry each fish fillet for 2 or 3 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides.

PRESENTATION

I recommend accompanying them with French fries, a dip of sour cream, ketchup or mayonnaise and some sliced lemon.

TIPS

Drain the excess oil by placing the fillets on a plate with napkins. Do not exceed 3 minutes on each side but they will become very hard.
