Fish is a dish with all the protein and fiber you need, perfect for a delicious meal. To eat it at work, cook the fish and the sauce separately, take them in a different tupperware and combine them at the time of heating them.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 90 grams of white fish fillet
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • parsley chopped to taste

Preparation

Salpimienta the fish.
Heat a pan and add oil. Once hot, add the fish to medium temperature.
In a bowl, mix the capers, mustard and juice of the two lemons.
Once the fish is browned on both sides, add the caper preparation. Cook for 2 minutes and turn off. Sprinkle a little parsley.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the fish with a rich salad of Kale, Betabel and Carrot

Rico Me gusto, aunque a la proxima le agregare un poco de maizena a la salsa para que espese un poco.  Lo acompañe con arroz blanco que ayudo a neutralizar lo acido del limon, y con broccoli al vapor con mantequilla.  Comimos riquísimo.  Algo diferente y nutritivo.
