This recipe is very easy, aromatic and delicious. For its beautiful colors makes it more appetizing! Its softness makes it a good choice of seafood. Apart from how delicious the recipe is, it is a very healthy preparation that your family will love.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 6 white fish, without skin, or thorns
  • 1/4 red peppers
  • 1/4 green bell peppers
  • 1/4 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • coconut oil, to taste
  • 2 tomatoes

Preparation

Marinate the beans with the seasoning powder and let stand.
In a Teflon pan, without oil, add the 2 tomatoes in slices and mash. Mid fire.
Once the tomatoes are seasoned, add a teaspoon of coconut oil and stir fry.
Add the onion and the peppers cut in julienne, fry over low heat.
Carefully put the steaks, move without breaking the steaks and add water.
Cover for 5 minutes, flip the steak to cook on both sides and move the stew.
Finally, chop the serrano pepper and add it to the pan, move and cover.
If necessary, add only a little more water, just to avoid consuming the stew.

PRESENTATION

Accompany your dish with a rich white rice with corn grains and corn tortillas.

TIPS

For a better flavor, you can add grated gouda cheese on top.
