Preparation
To make the sauce stir the first 4 ingredients in small bowl, season and refrigerate.
We need the fish, clean and without scales. they can be ordered like this in the fish shop for frying. Dry them well with paper towels, season with salt and pepper and put the flour in an extended plate and there pass the fish.
In a large pan heat the oil, when it is hot fry the fish for 6 minutes on each side more or less, check that they are well cooked, if necessary leave them a few minutes more then it depends on what size they are. Move the skillet a little while cooking so they do not stick.
Serve them in a platter and put the sauce on top.
