Preparation
Peel the pineapple and cut it into 2 cm slices, spread the pineapple with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Grill or heat the oven to 180C and put on a baking tray aluminum foil and on top of the pineapple slices. Brown for 12 or 15 minutes flipping when ready on each side.
Mix honey, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Salpimenta the fish fillets. Heat the other tablespoon of sesame oil and brown the fish on both sides.
Arrange 3 slices of pineapple on the plate, put over 1 fish fillet and pour a little of the mustard dressing.
