Delicious recipe of poached fillets of mushroom sauce and yoghurt, Greek style yoghurt sauce with mushrooms is a perfect combination with fish.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 sole fillet
  • 1/2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cups oyster mushroom, sliced
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 cup fish soup
  • 2 1/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt

Preparation

Put the wine and the broth in a saucepan and reduce by a third.
Add mushrooms and Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% and cut in half.
Roll sole fillets and poach for 5 minutes.
When ready, sauté the spinach leaves in a pan with a little water and salt and drain well.
Place the fillets on the top and drain the sauce on top.
