Preparation
Put the wine and the broth in a saucepan and reduce by a third.
Add mushrooms and Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% and cut in half.
Roll sole fillets and poach for 5 minutes.
When ready, sauté the spinach leaves in a pan with a little water and salt and drain well.
Place the fillets on the top and drain the sauce on top.
