Who does not fancy a shaken fish? It is one of the most popular recipes in Mexico for preparing fish; It really is simple to make and takes few ingredients.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 kilos fish, in one piece
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • coarse salt
  • black pepper
  • Arbol chili sauce
  • soy
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 Bell pepper, cut into strips

Preparation

Clean the fish, cut it halfway from head to tail and remove the column.
Make cuts to the fish without drilling completely, just to put the sauce and stay there. Add the lemon juice, pepper, salt, soy, chili sauce, garlic, mayonnaise and on top of the pepper.
Put the fish on the grill and turn around when you see that it has already been cooked on the first side.
