This recipe you will love is very good I recommend that you do it in lent season you can eat it in tacos or whatever you want. My family and I really like doing it in a disco on the beach.

8 portions
  • 1 kilo white manta ray fish meat
  • 5 bars butter
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 white onions
  • 1/4 cups olive
  • 2 cans mixed vegetable
  • 2 small boxes mashed tomatoes
  • 2 cans sauce, duck
  • 1 cabbage, (col) medium
  • 1 can pickled chili pepper, in rajas
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • garlic salt, to taste

The onion and tomato are diced, the cabbage is chopped in julienne not very thick and reserved.
The blanket is washed and cut into large pieces and fried with the oil and butter the garlic salt and pepper in a medium saucepan and since this half-cooked is added the cabbage and covered.
When the cabbage is tender, add the tomato and the onion, then add the mashed potatoes together with the duck sauce and cover it again.
Once cooked, you add the mixed vegetables, the chile, the olives and the salt to taste. You stir it very well and ready.

You can eat it as you want in tacos or on a plate with warm tortillas, some chili peppers, lemons and salsa.

You can add 1 kilo of shrimp and it is delicious.
