Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Basa SuKarne® fillets
  • 2 ancho chili peppers, hydrous
  • 2 guajillo chilies, hydrous
  • 1/2 sticks achiote
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • pineapples, in slices
  • corn tortillas
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • lemons

Preparation

Blend the chili peppers with achiote, garlic, vinegar, orange juice and oil. Grind until you get a paste. Season with salt and pepper.
Marina the fish in this mixture for a long time so that it has much more flavor.
