Ingredients

  • 1 red snapper, 1.5 kilos approximately, without head
  • 5 tablespoons Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Olive Oil, to marinate the fish
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, to marinate fish
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to marinate fish
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, to marinate fish
  • 5 guajillo chilies, soaked, for the sauce
  • 1/2 onions, for sauce size
  • 6 cloves garlic, for sauce size
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram, for sauce size
  • 1 teaspoon allspices, for sauce size
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin, whole for sauce size
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, for sauce size
  • 1/2 teaspoons whole clove, for sauce size
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar, for sauce size
  • 3 teaspoons orange juice, for sauce size
  • 1 tablespoon Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Olive Oil, for sauce size
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, in cubes
  • to taste onion, cut in hoops
  • to taste cherry tomato, to decorate
  • to taste tortilla
  • to taste red onion, cut into strips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
