Tacos of Fish to the Size

Fish to size is an ideal preparation for the Lenten season, prepare this marinated red snapper in a carving sauce, with which you will be able to prepare delicious taquitos served with purple onion and cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of red snapper 1.5 kilos approximately, without head
  • 5 spoonfuls of Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Olive Oil to marinate the fish
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice to marinate fish
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt to marinate fish
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper to marinate fish
  • 5 pieces of guajillo chile soaked, for the sauce
  • 1/2 piece of onion for sauce size
  • 6 teeth of Garlic for sauce size
  • 1 teaspoonful of marjoram for sauce size
  • 1 teaspoonful of fat pepper for sauce size

  • 2 teaspoons of vinegar for sauce size
  • 3 teaspoons of Orange juice for sauce size
  • 1 tablespoon of Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Olive Oil for sauce size
  • 2 spoonfuls of margarine in cubes
  • to taste of onion cut in hoops

  • to taste of tortilla

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    On a board, cut the butterfly fish with the help of a sharp knife.
