Cooking a live lobster is much simpler than you think. With this recipe you can have a lobster ready in less than 15 minutes, full of flavor! The cooking time depends on the weight of the lobsters.

Preparation
Put your live lobsters in the refrigerator (inside their bags in which I buy them) as soon as possible to keep them fresh.
Put to heat a deep pot with 2 cm. of water. Add salt. The water must know "sea water", very salty. Cover the pot and wait for it to boil.
Once the water is boiling, put the lobsters one at a time. Cover the pot and once it is boiling again, cook the lobsters according to their weight.
For lobsters between 1 lbs and 1 1/2 lbs. Cook 10-12 minutes. Lobsters from 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. cook between 13-14 minutes. Lobsters between 2 and 3 lbs. Cook 16-18 minutes. Lobsters between 3 and 4 lbs. Cook between 20-22 minutes.
