Preparation
Start by removing the fruit from the avocado and place in a bowl. With a fork make an avocado puree. Add the wasabi and mix well.
In a pan brown the garlic in the sesame oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Get out of the fire.
Add soy and lemon and mix well.
Just before serving take a piece of toast and put a layer of avocado, put on it another toast and another layer of avocado.
Mix the tuna with the soy sauce and garlic and put on the toast with avocado. Repeat with all the toast and serve.
