Ingredients

6 servings
  • 18 fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 2 cans of tuna drained
  • 1 piece of potato large, cooked and chopped into cubes
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/4 of piece of onion chopped
  • 2 pieces of tomato chopped
  • 5 branches of coriander washed, disinfected and chopped
  • to taste of Salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 pieces of poblano pepper roasted, deveined and cut into slices

    Preparation

    Season the onion and add the tomato, chilies, cilantro and potatoes.
    When the vegetables are soft add the tuna and season with salt.
    Let cook for five minutes and sprinkle the sesame.
