Ingredients

6 portions
  • 18 fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 potato, large, cooked and chopped into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 branches fresh coriander, washed, disinfected and chopped
  • to taste salt
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 poblano peppers, roasted, deveined and cut into slices

Preparation

Season the onion and add the tomato, chilies, cilantro and potatoes.
When the vegetables are soft add the tuna and season with salt.
Let cook for five minutes and sprinkle the sesame.
