Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup coriander
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasts
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 allspice
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic, in sheets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
