Grilled shrimp is a rich dish, fresh, fast and very appetizing. In times of heat is when they crave the most, however they are ideal for any occasion.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 12 big shrimps
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 2 limes, its juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

Peel the shrimp leaving the tail.
Split the shrimp in half and remove the shrimp from the center.
Put them in a deep mold and add the rest of the ingredients let stand 5 minutes.
Place on a comal or griddle and cook them to take a golden color.
Ready served hot accompanied by green salad or cucumber with apple.

TIPS

You can place on sticks for skewer.
