Preparation
Peel the shrimp leaving the tail.
Split the shrimp in half and remove the shrimp from the center.
Put them in a deep mold and add the rest of the ingredients let stand 5 minutes.
Place on a comal or griddle and cook them to take a golden color.
Ready served hot accompanied by green salad or cucumber with apple.
