Preparation
First put a pan, or a casserole, with olive oil and chopped onion.
Let it cook over medium heat until the onion is tender and golden brown.
Once the onion is transparent, toss the washed mushrooms and the tomato. Rehoga about 8 minutes.
Once the tomato is fried, sprinkle with the white wine and a splash of water. Salpimenta.
Let cook and add the fish fillets. Remove carefully so that they do not break, and brown on both sides about 10 minutes each.
Finally it serves hot.
