Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 cups tuna
  • 1 cup fresh tomato, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons serrano pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough coriander, in sheets, to decorate
  • enough serrano pepper, sliced, for garnish
  • enough Gamesa® Cookies Saladitas

Preparation

Peel the cucumbers and cut into two or three parts, depending on the size; remove the seeds and cup. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the tuna with the tomato, the red onion, the coriander, the lemon juice, the serrano pepper, the mayonnaise, the salt and the pepper.
Serve inside the cucumbers and serve with Saladitas®.

TIPS

There are different ways to remove seeds, it can be with a corer or with a small spoon, just make sure to leave a part, so that the salad does not come out from underneath.
