Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 kilo white fish fillet
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • 5 teaspoons mustard, (anyone, but the Dijon gives it a richer flavor)
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

The cream with the mustard is stirred in a bowl.
The fillets are salted and put into the bowl with the mustard mixture, in such a way that they are completely covered.
They are put in a tray with the leftover cream and mustard and put in the oven at 220 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes or until they look golden brown.
They are served taking care of bathing them with the sauce that was formed.

PRESENTATION

They can be accompanied with some steamy spinach.

TIPS

If you cover the steaks with aluminum foil you will have more sauce to serve, but they do not brown. Accompany this dish with a Chardonnay wine.
