Galician octopus is a traditional Galician dish. The recipe consists of cooked octopus seasoned with paprika (chile), garlic and coarse salt.

Preparation
Wash the octopus thoroughly and hit it with the roller for 5 minutes.
Boil in a large pot 2 liters of water and add 2 cloves of garlic and salt. Cook the octopus in the water for 50 minutes.
Remove the octopus from the water, drain and cut into small pieces.
In a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil brown 2 cloves of garlic for 30 seconds. Add the paprika (chili).
Add the octopus and brown for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour the octopus and the oil and paprika sauce into a salad bowl. Add the coarse salt and mix well.
