If you are a seafood lover this marinated octopus toast is going to be the sensation. They are perfect for a meal in the company of the family. They are a simple and delicious dish. Try them!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups octopus, cooked and cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup mashed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 7 tablespoons Huichol Picante® sauce
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup lettuce, fixedly
  • 1/2 cups arugula
  • 6 fried or toasted corn tortilla

Preparation

Mix in a bowl the octopus, the oil, the tomato puree, the paprika, the garlic, the Huichol Picante® sauce and the salt.
Heat a large skillet over high heat, seal the octopus for 5 minutes and reserve.
Put mayonnaise, avocado, lettuce, arugula and on top of this spoonfuls of marinated octopus.

PRESENTATION

Serve two toast per plate.

TIPS

You can change the puree by natural tomato finely chopped.
